CPMA will host this one-day workshop to help members understand the challenges of the big 3 pathogens including, the basic nature of the bacteria causing the majority of produce-related illnesses such as Salmonella spp., E. coli (O157 and others) and Listeria monocytogenes.
The workshop will feature a basic introduction to the nature of pathogenic bacteria, their environmental requirements, the products they are likely to contaminate, and how to manage them.
