A recall is a potentially catastrophic event for any organization and how they prepare and respond can determine if a company survives or perishes. Fresh produce is particularly susceptible as many of the commodities are eaten raw, comingled, and sourced from a variety of locales.

This workshop will introduce participants to the regulatory processes in Canada and the U.S., provide key elements of a recall plan and walk them through some of the most significant recalls to affect the industry over the last few years.

Thursday, July 2 from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. EDT
This will be virtual via MS Teams
